Digital Skills For Health and Wellbeing
Lead Scotland provides personalised, non-judgemental guidance to increase digital skills confidence and access online services to support your health and wellbeing. We provide a free confidential service to disabled people and unpaid carers 18 + in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City who want to increase digital skills in 1:1 or group settings. You can self-refer or refer someone with their consent.
Our service is free and we can support you:
- Manage health and self care needs
- Using the internet
- Access online services
- Using email
- Gain qualifications
- Cyber security
How can I refer myself, a relative or someone else?
