Over the last 3 years Lead Scotland has supported over 2,000 disabled people and carers with one to one bespoke learning, befriending and advice services, building confidence and skills, improving connections and reducing isolation. If you are passionate about learning and want to see more disabled people and carers influencing change then please do come along.
Adult learning transforms lives! Disabled people, carers, learners, past and present staff, board members, volunteers and partners from across Scotland are coming together to celebrate 40 years of Lead Scotland’s specialist adult learning, advice and befriending services. Hear stories about impact from learners, volunteers and our CEO and be part of the launch of our new strategic plan, an ambition to create a fairer more inclusive Scotland. Delve into our history as we explore 40 successful years in adult learning and experience some of the best locally sourced Scottish party food and drink and of course a piece of birthday cake.
