Living wage accreditation

Lead Scotland is very pleased to be an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that Lead Scotland voluntarily pays the living wage to all its employees and sub-contractors. The minimum wage, as set by the Government is £10.18, the national living wage £10.42, and the real living wage is £10.90. Find our more about the real living wage.

We are committed to advancing the Fair Work First criteria, including the real Living Wage and we provide appropriate channels for effective workers’ voice, including line management, staff surveys and staff are free to join a union.
